Krouse Design utilizes a variety of techniques to communicate what your design will look like. This includes the latest in 3d visualization technology allowing you to see it before you build it.

This service is available for buildings and spaces of all shapes and sizes. I find this to be particularly useful for planning committees working through design of larger facilities and spaces. 3d images and animation can be a powerful way to communicate design proposals and solutions to the general public to generate feedback, input and support.
Once images are generated they can be distributed in a variety of ways for communication, marketing and promotion of a design solution. - High resolution print outs - Digital distribution such as websites, email and PowerPoint - Video presentations Architectural projects include: - Schools - Churches - Athletic complexes - Parks - Streetscapes - Residential Mechanical/Industrial Applications: - Individual parts - Assemblies - Production process and simulation - Prototype modeling and visualization

Sample Project: Athletic Complex (In Collaboration with Technicon Design Group)
The Ben Roethlisburger Foundation was seeking to share their vision for a new youth football complex prior to beginning construction. Technicon Design Group generated the construction drawings and coordinated the initial design. I used their drawings to produce photo-realistic renderings of the building and complex. The renderings and architectural drawings were compiled in a promotional video by Boondox Media Ltd. and then distributed both on DVD and online. The foundation used these materials to share their vision and generate support for the project. As a playful side note, Krouse Design does not endorse the Pittsburgh Steelers what-so-ever. While it was an honor to work with Ben's foundation, this project was a slight conflict of interest as a life long Browns fan. 3d Presentation for Ben Roethlisberger Foundation
Sample Project: The Ohio State University; School of Physical Activity and Education Services
Under the direction of Dr. Michael Sherman, I was honored with the opportunity to generate a full 3 dimensional walk through of their new facility. Working from the construction documents of the project architect, I produced a model of the exterior and major spaces on the interior. Both still images and animated renderings were used to convey the design of the new building to OSU students, faculty and alumni. The promotional video was produced by Boondox Media Ltd. and then distributed both on DVD and online. This project was completed in 2003; the rendering quality is rather dated, but this still provides a good example of how design visualization technology can be utilized. 3d Presentation for The Ohio State University
